Senior Quantity Surveyor - Commercial Team Location: Oxford - some hybrid working available Company and Job Description: Our client is a leading MandE Contractor with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects across various industry sectors. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced MandE Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving commercial team to be based on a major, new-build, custodial project (£30 mill MandE) in Oxford. Currently in the early stages, this 2-year construction project will go on into 2026 NB They are also seeking a MandE Project Quantity Surveyor for this same project. This is a NEC Contract - Option 4 - so previous experience working on this type of contract would be ideal, but not essential. The right candidate must be confident they can step into an NEC contract and pick it up quickly.
