Full training is provided and previous assessor experience is not required. Salary and Benefits Depending on the assessment service assigned, successful candidates will receive: PIP Assessment Service £40,000 - £42,000 salary £1,000 retention bonus after 6 months (subject to performance) £1,000 retention bonus after 12 months (subject to performance) WCA Assessment Service £42,000 - £43,000 salary £1,000 retention bonus after 12 months (subject to performance) Additional Benefits: ONE OFF 5% quality bonus following successful completion of training Additional £2000 when you begin face to face assessments - Usually within the first 6 months.
