The Role We are currently looking for an experienced Handyman to join a global FM provider working at a flagship site in the City of London. You will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, responding to faults and ensuring that building services are maintained to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance Diagnose and repair faults and issues Maintain toilets, taps, signs, doors, blinds, hinges, furniture etc Complete repairs and maintenance within agreed timescales Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard Basic carpentry and fitting Complete maintenance records and job sheets accurately Liaise professionally with customers, colleagues and other contractors Identify potential issues and report any remedial works required Follow all relevant health and safety procedures Package A salary ranging from 35-40k (+ Overtime) 20 days annual leave + bank holidays Ongoing training and development opportunities If you''re an experienced Maintenance Technician / Handyman looking for your next opportunity in London, we''d love to hear from ..... full job details .....
