Due to continued growth, we are looking for a proactive and organised Accounts Assistant to join our team immediately.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong finance and administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced property environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProcessing purchase invoices and supplier paymentsManaging tenant invoicing, rent schedules, and reconciliationsAssisting with credit control and chasing outstanding paymentsBank reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial recordsSupporting monthly reporting and finance administrationLiaising with tenants, suppliers, and property managersAssisting with service charge accounting and general bookkeeping dutiesMaintaining spreadsheets and internal accounting systemsRequirements Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant or similar finance roleMust have commercial property / commercial real estate experienceStrong understanding of tenant invoicing, reconciliations, and property-related finance administrationGood knowledge of Excel and accounting softwareExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsStrong communication skills and ability to liaise with tenants and suppliersAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment What We OfferCompetitive salary of
