This is an opportunity to join a well-established infrastructure business delivering major civil engineering projects across the UK water sector. Working within an experienced bid and pre-construction team, you''ll play a key role in securing new work across a diverse portfolio of projects including pipelines, tunnelling, shafts, MEICA, rail civils and groundworks.The RoleAs an Estimator, you will be responsible for producing accurate and competitive estimates for complex infrastructure projects. Working closely with bid managers, planners, procurement teams and operational stakeholders, you''ll contribute to the successful delivery of tender submissions and framework opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions.Review and interpret PQQ and ITT documentation.Complete quantity take-offs and review Bills of Quantities.Develop risk, opportunity and key assumptions registers.Work closely with planning, operational and commercial teams to develop delivery methodologies.Prepare and present estimate adjudication packs.Support tender clarifications and customer negotiations.Liaise with procurement throughout the estimating process.Provide detailed handovers to delivery teams ..... full job details .....
