Quality Engineer Job DescriptionSupport production by investigating non-conforming products and implementing effective corrective and preventative actions (CAPA).Actively participate in New Product Introduction (NPI), engineering change, and source change activities.Prepare, review, and submit FAIRs (First Article Inspection Reports) and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation in line with aerospace customer requirements.Lead and support customer and supplier quality investigations, applying root cause analysis and structured problem-solving techniques.Develop and maintain quality documentation including Quality Plans, FMEAs, Control Plans, Procedures, and Inspection Plans.Conduct internal, supplier, and external AS9100 audits and support NADCAP process audits.Deliver quality awareness and process training across production and engineering teams.Analyse quality data to identify trends and develop improvement initiativ
