This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Employment Solicitor to join a growing practice and work closely with clients in some of the UK''s most dynamic industries. What You''ll Do Advise clients on discrimination, redundancy, disciplinary and grievance procedures, whistleblowing, and employment contracts and policies.Act for both respondent and claimant clients across a varied caseload.Represent clients in Employment Tribunals, mediations and negotiate settlement agreements.Provide sector-specific advice on issues such as agency worker regulations, working time, shift patterns and high-turnover workforce challenges.Stay up to date with developments in UK employment law and emerging trends affecting retail, hospitality and recruitment.Manage your own caseload efficiently while supporting the wider team.Take ownership of financial performance and contribute to team profitability.Work collaboratively in a positive, professional and inclusive environment aligned with the firm''s values.Participate in networking, speaking engagements and business development initiatives to help grow the practice.
