This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young learners.Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils. Build positive relationships with children, staff, and families. Support pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs. Encourage positive attitudes towards learning and school attendance. Work closely with teachers and the wider pastoral team.The Ideal Candidate: Experience working with children in a school, care, youth work, or mentoring setting.
