Approx 40 employees with growth plans for the future.DescriptionDeveloping and executing recruitment plans.Working with hiring managers to define job requirements and outline job postings.Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.Building relationships with potential candidates and creating a pipeline of talent.Utilising data and recruitment metrics to inform decisions and improve processes.Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.Implementing new ATS system ProfileA successful Resourcing / Recruitment Partner should have:Proven experience in a recruitment role within the care sector or similarExcellent knowledge of recruitment processes and databases.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews. Job OfferCompetitive salary package, around 35,000 - 45,000 per annum.Site based in Hull (HU4)
