To be successful, you will need to have the following: Experience in supporting children with neurodiversity. The ability to ensure the ''voice'' of the child and family is central, enabling lived experience to create change. Excellent team working skills. You will work as part of a service that covers the whole of Greater Manchester. The ability to collaborate with and confidently present information to a range of people including the delivery of workshops. Excellent communication skills, enabling communication with children, young people, families and professionals. Robust safeguarding knowledge and good recording skills. This service is dynamic, no two days are the same, we work flexibly to meet the needs of the children and families so whilst there is a Monday to Friday working pattern you will be working some evenings and if required occasional weekends.
