Supply Chain Coordinator
Portfolio Procurement has been engaged by our leading Hertfordshire based client to recruit for a Supply Chain Coordinator. Key Job Duties:Processing International purchase orders, deliveries, shipments, and invoices for global customers.Liaising with customers and suppliers globally and raising orders with factories in the Far East and Europe.Liaising with shipping agents to get competitive prices for freight and arranging paperwork for customs clearance.Analysing stock holding and customer sales.Keeping supply procedures up to date.Cover for other members of the Supply Chain team, reporting to the Head of Supply and Operations.Other administrative tasks as necessary according to the needs of the business Skills/experience required:Previous experience in a supply chain role is needed, including the understanding of different shipment incotermsUnderstanding of the order, delivery, and invoice processes for a supplierAdvanced Excel skillsExcellent multi-tasking skillsAnalytical abilityOrganised and able to maintain accurate recordsExcellent attention to detailStrong verbal and written communication skillsProductive and proactive 50934DHINDPROPortfolio Payroll Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
