About the Role:

A thriving and diverse primary school in Bletchley is seeking an enthusiastic and committed class teacher to join their team from September. The position can be tailored to suit a candidate''s strength in either KS1 or KS2. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who values inclusion, creativity, and collaborative working.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons across the curriculum
• Foster a positive, supportive classroom environment where every child thrives
• Assess pupil progress and contribute to regular reporting and target setting
• Work closely with phase leaders, TAs, and parents to support individual learning needs
• Take an active role in staff meetings, CPD and school life

Requirements:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status), ECTs and experienced teachers welcome
• A solid understanding of the National Curriculum
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• A commitment to raising standards and nurturing pupil wellbeing
