About the role

As a department supervisor, you will support the team by taking responsibility for the day-to-day management and performance of the department. You''ll help lead, develop, and motivate, while ensuring the department runs smoothly and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities

• Seasonal planning and merchandising
• Delivering sales targets and meeting KPI''s
• Supporting the wider team day-to-day
• Providing advice to customers and setting high service standards
• Maintaining standards through creative and attractive merchandising, stock presentation, and promotional execution

• Supervisory experience in a retail environment
• Experience merchandising and creating appealing displays
