Good Afternoon, I am currently representing Westminster Council, who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 3- 6 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate which is negotiable dependent upon experience We are looking for a Leasehold Services Manager this role will be: SW1E6QP The right candidate will: Lead, manage, and support the Leasehold Services Team, ensuring high performance and consistent service delivery. Provide coaching, guidance, and quality oversight to team members handling operational leasehold activities. Manage and quality-assure responses to complex leasehold enquiries. Oversee complaints handling, Member enquiries, and Ombudsman cases, ensuring responses are professional, timely, and compliant with policy. Sublet and short-let management, Leaseback invoice processing and Service charge and major works billing documentation. Collect service charge and major works income, ensuring income targets are met. Ensure all interactions with residents, external agencies, and internal departments are handled professionally. We require the following: Prior experience working within the leasehold sector (essential). Previous experience managing a small team (essential). Experience handling complex leasehold enquiries and statutory processes.
