Job Title: Carpenter/Multi Trader - Temp/Perm

Location: Enfield and Barnet

Pay: £21 p/h + overtime available - CIS

Role: Social Housing Maintenance Operative

Hours: 8am - 5pm (Monday - Friday)

Nuco Solutions are looking for an experienced social housing Carpenter/Multi Trader to work with their client in Enfield and Barnet. Van and fuel card provided.

Duties will include:

• Kitchen fitting and installation
• Skirting and architrave installation
• Lock and multi-lock repairs/replacements
• Hanging doors
• Painting and decorating
• Bathroom unit fitting
• Window repairs
• Patch plastering
• Basic plumbing work

Requirements:

• Highly experienced in Carpentry
• Social housing experience
• Experience of working as part of a team to meet targets
• Full UK Driving Licence
