This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor at 1-5 PQE to develop their career within a supportive and client-focused environment, handling a varied caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters. The Role Reporting to the Head of Department, you will be responsible for managing an agreed caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters, providing a high-quality and commercially focused service to clients. Your responsibilities will include: Managing a varied caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters from inception through to resolution. Providing clear and commercially focused advice to clients. Conducting legal research and keeping up to date with relevant legislation, case law and court procedures. Drafting correspondence, pleadings, applications and other legal documentation. Managing cases efficiently, ensuring deadlines and procedural requirements are met. Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and developing relationships with prospective clients and introducers.
