HR Consultant Sheffield£23.70phKey Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end employee relations casework, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence management.Handle complex and high-risk cases with sound judgment and professionalism.Build strong relationships with trade unions and act as a trusted point of contact for negotiations and consultations.Partner with investigators and stakeholders to ensure fair, timely, and compliant outcomes.Provide expert advice to managers, guiding them through sensitive situations and ensuring consistency with policy and legislation. What We re Looking For: Proven experience in managing complex ER cases from start to resolution.Strong understanding of employment law and best practice.Ability to think on your feet, make informed decisions, and confidently reach outcomes.Skilled in stakeholder management and union engagement.Resilient, pragmatic, and solutions-focused with excellent communication skills.
