If so read on I am working with a client who are looking to boost their maintenance team by adding a specific facilities and buildings maintenance technician to their team, working a normal Monday to Friday day shift this is well established business and due to their they are regarded as a recession proof industry, this would suit someone who has been working in a mobile role but looking to be a static engineer What you will be doing:Conducting the daily and weekly check of all site facilities and buildingsComplete minor repairs including but not limited to Fabric, Plumbing etcSourcing and liaising with external contractors for major worksMonitoring and testing of security and fire systemsSupporting the site engineers with any minor maintenance across the site Skills ExperienceHave proven experience working in a similar roleNVQ Level 3 in any trade discipline (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC etc)Proven Technical skills in buildings maintenanceExcellent interpersonal skills able to communicate at all levels If this role appeals and would like to know more call Scott Lydon on (phone number removed) or email (url removed)
