Description Prepare monthly management accounts, forecasts, and annual budgets, with clear variance analysis and insight for senior stakeholders.Support ongoing enhancement of the ERP system (MS Dynamics 365) and broader systems development.Manage core month-end processes including journals, accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations.Deliver commercial analysis across revenue, margins, and overall performance, identifying risks and opportunities.Build strong relationships across finance and non-finance teams, providing support and development to junior colleagues.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across reporting, controls, and financial processes. Profile Qualified CIMA / ACCA accountant, or equivalent.Strong management accounting, budgeting, and forecasting background.Confident owning PandLs and producing clear, insightful reporting.Advance
