This is a senior, client-focused role suited to a proactive and highly organised Legal PA or EA with strong law firm experience.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-level administrative and client support to Partners and fee-earners.Manage complex diaries, meetings, travel and accommodation.Coordinate client meetings, events and business development activities.Prepare correspondence, agendas, itineraries and meeting documentation.Maintain accurate client, contact and matter records.Manage filing, key dates and compliance requirements.Liaise with document production and wider Practice Support teams.Assist with billing, expenses and other financial administration.Act as a key point of contact for clients and internal/external stakeholders.Support projects and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.About YouSenior Legal PA or EA experience within a law firm is essential.Excellent organisational, diary and communication skills.Confident working with Partners, fee-earners and clients.Highly proactive, adaptable and able to manage competing priorities.Strong attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential information.Good Microsoft Office and ..... full job details .....
