Job Title: Groundworker

Location: Merseyside 

Rate of Pay: £31,000 per annum + company van and fuel card 

We are looking for an experienced Groundworker to support our client in the housing sector, this will be a hands-on role with a focus on external works, including gate repairs, fencing, brickwork and flagging on residential properties. 

• Carry out fencing, gate, paving and brickwork repairs and replacements.
• Complete external maintenance works to residential and communal properties.
• Diagnose defects and deliver high-quality repairs.
• Maintain safe, clean and tidy work areas.
• Use PDA/mobile technology to accurately update work orders.
• Work effectively independently and as part of a team.
• Ensure all work meets safety, quality and customer service standards.
