Production Operatives Banbury ( OX16 ) (Apply online only) / (Apply online only) ( DAYS and NIGHTS )Our client, based in Banbury are looking for Production Operatives to join their team.As a Production Operative, you will be required to work as part of the production team to manufacture, prepare, pack and inspect products safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.The Role Production Operative Key accountabilites Support the efficient production of products on the production lineWork as part of a team to meet daily production targetsEnsure products are manufactured, handled and packed to the required quality standardsMaintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness at all timesFollow all health and safety procedures and company policiesCarry out production tasks safely, accurately and efficientlyReport any product quality, equipment or safety issues to the Team Leader or SupervisorContribute to the smooth and continuous operation of the production line Pay and benefits Starting pay: £13.00 per hour for Monday to Friday day shift£13.00 per hour for Monday to Thursday night shift£14.25 per hour for Friday night shift£14.25 per hour for Saturday and Sunday ( both day and night shifts ) After 12 weeks: £16.02 per hour for all shifts Excellent opportunity to join and develop within a growing businessRequirements Previous experience working in a similar production or manufacturing environment is advantageousDemonstrates the ability to work ..... full job details .....
