You’ll motivate your colleagues to support the overall success of your department and the hotel, and maximise guest satisfaction at all times.Responsibilities
Keep the Maintenance department running smoothly and efficiently.Lead and motivate the maintenance team to deliver high-quality service.Work hands-on on fixes and improvements alongside your team, across the hotel.Apply knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems to guide the team and improve hotel operations.Support budgeting and reporting with basic financial understanding.Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar maintenance/engineering role within the hospitality industry.Hands-on approach and willingness to work on site to fix and improve facilities.Strong knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems.Understanding of hotel finances, budgeting, and reporting basics.Comfortable with a varied and challenging work environment where no two days are the same.Benefits
