Service Designer / User Researcher

to join the team.The Role:You’ll be embedded in a multidisciplinary agile team to help shape the end-to-end service experience. You’ll be responsible for designing and improving public-facing and internal services that are accessible, scalable, and grounded in real user needs.What You''ll Do:Plan and conduct user research (discovery, usability testing, behavioural insight)Create service blueprints, journey maps, and ecosystem diagramsFacilitate workshops and co-design sessions with stakeholders and usersWork closely with delivery managers, content designers, and developers in agile sprintsChampion accessibility and inclusive design throughout the lifecycleWhat We''re Looking For:Strong background in service design and user research within the public sectorAbility to lead discovery and alpha phases, as well as support into betaComfortable with complexity, ambiguity, and fast-paced agile environmentsConfident facilitating workshops and stakeholder sessionsProficient with tools like Miro, Figma, Dovetail, Lookback, Jira and ConfluenceActive SC Clearance
