Giving our customers a great delivery experience, you will follow customer procedures, respond appropriately to any enquiries, and escalate any delivery concerns via regular contact with your site-based team. You will ensure that your vehicle is kept in an appropriate condition and will complete routine vehicle checks both before and after your journey, reporting any defects.As part of your key responsibilities, you''ll: Conduct pre and post-use inspections of vehiclesLoad and unload the vehicle, ensuring the products and returns are loaded safely and secured to minimise damageProvide excellent customer serviceDrive the vehicle safely and in accordance with the law, including driving within tachograph regulations and driver hour limitsEnsure all paperwork is filled in correctly, signed, and dated where applicableLook after the vehicle, maintaining the cleanliness of the driving cab, and follow the company defect procedure About You:We''d love you to have the following skills and experience, but please apply if you think you''d be able to perform well in this role!
