This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering refurbishment and planned maintenance projects for housing associations and local authorities, helping to improve homes and create a lasting positive impact within communities across the UK. The Role As Project Coordinator / Resident Liaison Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of construction refurbishment and planned works projects from inception through to completion. Working closely with residents, Operational and Commercial teams, you will coordinate project activities, manage project documentation, monitor progress and ensure stakeholders remain informed throughout the project lifecycle.
