Working closely with senior leaders, operational teams and governors, you will play a key role in embedding best practice, improving oversight and strengthening organisational assurance. Key responsibilities include: Developing and embedding consistent health and safety processes across departments. Improving and standardising risk assessments and risk management practices. Managing health and safety audits, inspections and compliance action plans. Maintaining and improving compliance monitoring and tracking systems. Monitoring estates-related statutory compliance requirements and supporting organisational assurance activities.
