Your daily to-dos might look like this:Store Operations

Continuously improve retail operations, ensuring effective communication and execution across all sites.Develop an omni-channel strategy to enhance efficiency and support business growth.Audit store operations with Regional Sales Managers to identify gaps and opportunities.Optimize inventory control and supply chain processes for improved performance.Collaborate with host store stakeholders for seamless retail execution.Monitor stock loss, analyze audit results, and implement corrective action plans.Ensure timely maintenance and upgrades through external providers.Support operational training for project launches and process improvements.Align retail targets and KPIs with Finance for clear communication and execution.Oversee retail communication strategy for streamlined management-to-store engagement.Manage the Retail Operations budget, ensuring targets are met and cost efficiencies identified.Establish KPIs and metrics to drive customer-focused strategies.Projects

Lead and support any ad-hoc/ongoing retail projects, ensuring they are delivered to required timescales and on budget.Propose ideas or opportunities for projects and initiatives which will ensure a leading retail operation. Represent the retail team in cross-departmental projects, and own subsequent communication back to the Retail team.In line with business strategy, lead each store opening utilising the retail openings calendar to effectively deliver against relevant timescales.Develop and build a library of best practices, processes and procedures to enable Retail teams to be able and empowered to deliver operational excellence in their storeOwn the Retail Calendar and disseminate information effectively across all departmentsPeople Management

Be responsible for line management and development of Retail Operations Assistant and Store Operations Manager, and oversee all relevant Retail administrative tasks/projectsDefine Retail Operations Strategy in alignment with the Retail Director and communicate this effectively to wider businessUnderstand and demonstrate the Trinny London values and behavioursSupport Trinny London in delivering an inclusive cultureAct as an ambassador for Trinny London and communicate positively about the brand.Health and Safety

Develop and maintain Health and Safety operational guidance for each location - ensuring relevant training is up-to-date in accordance with local legislation of each marketLiaise closely with the appointed Health and Safety Consultant to ensure continuous development of procedures in line with legislation and industry requirementsEnsure all risk assessments are completed and filed in accordance with legislationManage the PAT testing process for storesEnsure any accident reports are completed, followed up and filed accurately in liaison with the People Team. Liaise with stores on Fire Risk Assessments and extinguisher requirementsResponsible for arrangement of first aider training for each sitePeople Management

Be responsible for line management and development of Retail Coordinator and Retail Operations Assistant, and oversee all relevant Retail administrative tasks/projectsDefine Retail Operations Strategy in alignment with Retail Director and communicate this effectively to wider businessThese skills will help you go far in this role:Hybrid (Office 3 times per week) and happy to travel to stores where necessaryDemonstrable experience in a head office retail ops position, ideally within a luxury / premium space, working with suppliers and concession host storesExperience managing and supporting a team, fostering a culture of inclusion and diversityBe an ambassador for Trinny LondonChampion of operational efficiency, driven by process and attention to detailCan-do, positive attitudeStrong stakeholder management skills, placing an emphasis on cross functional relationships and collaborationWe love to hear from anybody interested in Trinny London!
