An opportunity has arisen to join our Water Quality Team as a Water Quality Reactive Scientist. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to progress their career within Water Quality or develop their skills in dealing with customers and our stakeholders. Reporting to one of our Water Quality Managers, you''ll be responsible for the delivery of an effective and efficient service to customers, external stakeholders and internal teams. This will involve liaising with internal and external customers, UK Health Security Agency teams and Environmental Health Officers, both reactively and proactively.As a recognised Water Quality expert within the business, you''ll be required to help provide an effective scientific response to any operational water quality issues. This will include working to identify the root cause of the issue and advising on the actions required to minimise any impacts on public health. As part of any investigations, you''ll be expected to lead on all aspects of liaison with Health Protection teams, Environmental Health Officers and neighbouring water companies
