What you''ll be doing...

As a Relief Chef you will be proactively supporting our catering teams to ensure a complete service to our clients.Maintaining and controlling food stocks within budgetEnsuring ongoing team communications, including building internal and external relationshipsAccountable for COSHH, Food Safety, HandS, legal regulations, environmental policies and duty of care to customer and colleaguesWorking Pattern: Monday - Friday, 30 hours per week, term time only

Proven leadership abilityGenuine interest in customer service excellenceA strong team player, highly confident and positive with the ability to adapt to working in different kitchens at short notice.Catering experience (contract catering is desirable)This role will also require you to cover the roles of Catering Assistants as and when needed
