Pastoral Support Worker Wolverhampton 110- 115 per day Start Date: ASAP Contract: Full-time, long-term (Full Academic Year) Long Term Futures is seeking a confident and resilient Pastoral Support Worker to join an Alternative Provision in Wolverhampton, supporting pupils across Key Stage 2 to Key Stage 4. The provision supports children and young people who are at risk of permanent exclusion or have already been permanently excluded from mainstream education. Many pupils will have experienced significant barriers to their education and require consistent pastoral support, clear boundaries, and positive relationships to help them re-engage with learning. This is a hands-on role where no two days will be the same. The successful candidate will need to think on their feet, remain calm when faced with challenging behaviour, and have a strong understanding of safeguarding responsibilities.
