Service Only Gas Engineer

The Role:

We are currently recruiting experienced Service Only Gas Engineers to join a long-term social housing contract covering Uxbridge. This is an excellent opportunity for engineers looking for consistent, ongoing work with weekly payments.

You'll be responsible for carrying out domestic gas services within occupied social housing properties, delivering a high standard of workmanship while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out domestic gas boiler services in social housing properties.
• Complete an average of 10–12 services per day.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with current Gas Safe regulations.
• Accurately complete all relevant paperwork and certification.
• Provide a professional and customer-focused service to residents.
• Manage your own daily workload efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

• Proven experience carrying out domestic gas servicing.
• Current ACS Gas Qualifications including CKR1 and HTR1
• Gas Safe Registered.
• Previous social housing experience.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Own van and tools required.
• Clean DBS 
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a busy schedule.
