Job Opportunity: Revenue Allocations AssistantAn exciting opportunity has emerged for a full-time member to join the allocations team. Working 40 hours per week (hybrid 2 days per week) at our new Kings Hill office in West Malling, you will ensure all receipts are posted and allocated accurately and within deadlines. We operate multiple business entities and over 200 hospital and residential sites. All receipts need to be posted to the correct entity and site and matched to the appropriate invoices for the Service Users.

Key Responsibilities:

Allocating receipts to the correct Service User invoices.

Posting all monies daily and inputting receipts before month-end.

Creating journals and intercompany journals to allocate receipts correctly.

Performing in-depth reconciliations of customer accounts at a service user level.

Following up with funders to chase missing remittances.

Assisting Credit Controllers and the Billing team with sales ledger queries.

Assisting with external audits.

Maintaining up-to-date funding trackers to ensure accurate billing and credit control data.

Supporting the Business Partner with the implementation of a new finance system.

Managing funder portals, ensuring correct entities and login details, and applying for access to new portals.

Investigating historic and current overpayments and collating necessary evidence.

Performing any ad-hoc duties required by the Revenue department.

Successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
