The Role

The successful candidate will teach within Key Stage 2 and play a key role in preparing pupils for the next stage of their education.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering well-planned and engaging lessons across the KS2 curriculum

• Supporting pupils to make strong academic progress

• Preparing pupils for end of Key Stage 2 assessments

• Creating a focused and positive learning environment

• Working closely with colleagues to share best practice

The school is seeking a KS2 Teacher who:

• Has a secure understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum

• Is an effective and reflective classroom practitioner

• Has high expectations of pupil achievement and behaviour

• Can use assessment to support progress and attainment
