Our prestigious manufacturing client is seeking an experienced French speaking Customer Service Coordinator (bilingual)Location: Dartford, KentHours: Full time, flexi and hybrid Min of 2 days in office including TuesdaysSalary: £30,000 pa + excellent benefits including 3% non-contractual bonusExcellent benefits packaging including 25 days leave, health care etcCustomer Service Coordinator - French speaking is the liaison between customers and internal departments. Being accountable for enhancing customer relations, increasing customer loyalty and in turn increasing commercial growth. Customer Service Coordinator Key RequirementsMinimum of two years relevant customer support experience required; experience with business-to-business, quality, and/or regulatory experience strongly preferred.Computer literate - MS office, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, TeamsFluent in French and English to use in a working environmentGood level of education including Maths and EnglishWorks well under pressureExcellent attention to detailAble to work independently and as part of a teamCustomer Service Coordinator - Responsibilities and DutiesSupport customers'' enquiries through multiple communication channels including phone, email, and chat.Follow-up of enquiries for general questions with other internal departments, liaising as needed including Quality, Regulatory, Technical, Supply Chain, Commercial, Shipping, Finance, Production and Planning departments.Facilitating customers issues resolution, ..... full job details .....
