Site Manager - CDMLocation: CoventryThe RoleWe are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the installation of warehouse racking systems and mezzanine flooring on site.The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating installation teams and subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with project specifications, programme requirements and relevant health and safety legislation, including the CDM Regulations 2015.This role would suit a hands-on Site Manager with a strong construction background, excellent organisational skills and experience managing specialist installation works in warehouse or industrial environments.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the installation of warehouse racking systems and mezzanine floors.Manage day-to-day site activities, ensuring works are completed safely, on time and to the required quality standards.Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations 2015 and site health and safety requirements.Review and manage Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).Coordinate subcontractors, installation teams, deliveries and site logistics.Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, safety inspections and progress meetings as required.Monitor project progress against the programme and report any issues or delays.Liaise with the client, principal contractor, project team and other site stakeholders.Identify potential site risks and implement appropriate control measures.Ensure installation works comply with ..... full job details .....
