CMM Quality Inspector 18.00 - 20.00 per hour Overtime and benefits Chatham The Company A well established manufacturer of high quality precision aerospace machined components are looking for an experienced CMM Quality Inspector to join their team. The company provide precision parts to a wide range of industries including aerospace and automotive in their modern and fast paced machining facility. The Role - CMM Quality Inspector As a successful quality inspector, you will be required to inspect precision engineered components. Duties - CMM Quality Inspector First off inspection and final inspection in a subcontract machining environment Using inspection measurement equipment such as Micrometres, Verniers, Gauges First article inspection reporting CMM Operating Requirements - CMM Quality Inspector Experience using inspection measurement equipment A knowledge of inspection measurement equipment. Good understanding of AS9100 and ISO 9001 requirements First article inspection reporting Root cause analysis and resolution, including rework of parts. Ability to work on own initiative and with minimum supervision. Good communications and computer literacy. Working knowledge of Excel Subcontract machining environment experience Hours of Work - CMM Quality Inspector Monday - Thursday 08.00 am - 16.30 pm Friday 08.00am - 12.30pm Salary - CMM Quality Inspector 18.00 - 20.00 Per Hour Overtime and benefits ..... full job details .....
