Property litigation solicitor - Senior Associate level - Manchester

A highly regarded, Legal500 recognised property litigation team is seeking a motivated and commercially astute solicitor to join its thriving practice based out of their Manchester office. This is a rare opportunity to work within a specialist department known for its strategic support to business clients across a range of sectors.

The role will involve managing a diverse caseload of real estate disputes, acting for a broad client base including developers, landlords, tenants, banks etc. Matters will include:
andbull; Commercial landlord and tenant disputes
andbull; Lease renewals, dilapidations, and rent arrears
andbull; Boundary and rights of way disputes
andbull; Property-related professional negligence
andbull; Possession proceedings and forfeiture
andbull; Advising on the Electronic Communications Code and telecoms disputes

This is a senior associate level role, and as such you will need to:

andbull; Be a qualified Solicitor in England andamp; Wales with 6+ yearsandrsquo; PQE in property litigation / real estate disputes
andbull; Strong technical knowledge of landlord and tenant law, land disputes, and court procedures
andbull; Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills
andbull; Commercial awareness and a client-focused mindset
andbull; A collaborative team player with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
