We''re looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Learning and Development Manager/People Development Manager to help shape our learning culture. In this role, you''ll support and empower colleagues across the business by designing and delivering engaging development initiatives that support performance, personal growth, and long-term success. Location: Flexible within the UK- Merseyside Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours) with hybrid working Salary: Up to 50,000 Contract Type: Permanent Benefits: 25 days holiday + bank holidays, bonus, health cash plan, life assurance, hybrid working This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working collaboratively with HR and operational teams to build capability, nurture talent, and drive a positive, high-performing culture.
