Education Matters Group is looking for a Hair & Beauty Lecturer to support learners aged 16–19 studying a Level 3 Beauty course at a London college.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced beauty professional who wants to help young people develop their skills, build confidence and prepare for a future in the industry.

What will you be doing?

• Delivering engaging lessons that bring beauty theory and practical learning to life.
• Helping students develop their technical skills and understanding of industry standards.
• Assessing learners'' work and providing guidance to help them improve.
• Supporting students with their progress, attendance and personal development.
• Creating a positive learning environment where students feel encouraged to succeed.
• Working with colleagues to ensure students receive the support they need.

What are we looking for?

• A degree or equivalent qualification in Beauty.
• Experience teaching or training in Beauty, ideally at Level 3.
• A recognised teaching qualification, or a willingness to work towards one.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate young learners.
• A supportive, organised and flexible approach to teaching.
