This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional with a strong mathematics or economics background to launch their career in performance marketing. You’ll be responsible for managing our paid social campaigns while driving new customer acquisition and revenue growth.Key ResponsibilitiesLearn to plan, execute, and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTokManage campaign structures, audience segmentation, creative testing, and bidding strategiesCollaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ads optimised for each platformAnalyse campaign performance data and translate findings into actionable optimisation strategiesPerformance Analysis and ReportingMonitor and analyse campaign performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversion ratesPrepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendationsSupport budget management and allocation across campaigns to maximise efficiencyLearning and DevelopmentStay up to date with platform updates, new features, and industry best practicesDevelop expertise in performance marketing tools and attribution platformsWork closely with senior team members to build comprehensive paid social knowledgeContribute fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to campaign strategyWhat We’re Looking For In YouBachelor''s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or related quantitative fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detailProficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and comfort working with data and formulasActive user of social media platforms, particularly Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok, with genuine understanding of user behaviour and content trendsNatural curiosity about digital marketing and consumer behaviourExcellent communication skills and ability to present data-driven insights clearlyInterest in creative testing and understanding what drives consumer engagementIt would be great if you hadAny experience with Meta Ads Manager or TikTok Ads Manager (even personal projects)Familiarity with Google Analytics or other web analytics toolsUnderstanding of basic statistical concepts and A/B testing principlesThis role offers excellent growth potential and the opportunity to become an expert in paid social marketing while working with cutting-edge platforms and strategies.You’ll thrive here if you’reA self-starter who loves taking initiative and ownershipCurious, commercially aware, and always looking for the “why”Ready to step into a high-impact role where your ideas matterPositive, energetic, and open to feedback, you see every challenge as a growth opportunityProud of what you do, seeing things through from concept to completionAble to embrace challenges, knowing that setbacks aren’t failures, they’re lessons and a chance to gain experiencePassionate about a purpose driven organisationWhat You’ll Get In ReturnCore working hours of 10:00-16:00.
