The Role
We are looking for a skilled Plasterer / Multi Trader to join their responsive maintenance team, working across social housing properties in South London. The role involves carrying out a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks, with plastering as the main trade.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plastering repairs and finishes to a high standard

• Carrying out additional trades as required (e.g. basic carpentry, tiling, decorating)

• Delivering responsive maintenance in occupied and void properties

• Ensuring all works are completed on time, safely, and to company standards

• Providing excellent customer service to tenants and clients

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Plasterer / Multi Trader

• Previous experience in social housing / responsive maintenance preferred

• Full UK driving licence

• Strong customer service skills
