- Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of payments and transactions.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers regarding payment queries.
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Support the accounting and finance department with ad hoc tasks.

- Prior experience in a similar role
- Strong communicator both written and verbal
