This role involves hands-on support, collaboration with external partners, and the implementation of governance and security protocols.Our client is looking for Engineers with strong experience in Exchange, Intune, SharePoint, mobile and laptop support - CVs must demonstrate this to be considered.Key Responsibilities:Administer Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and Entra ID environments.Support infrastructure standardisation and performance optimisation.Manage DNS, DHCP, and core network services.Lead SharePoint and Teams governance and data migration.Enhance endpoint security and oversee backup and disaster recovery.Provide end-user support and training, ensuring ITIL-aligned service delivery.Maintain compliance with ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials Pl
