Provide generalist HR advice across the organisation, including ER, absence, performance, recruitment, and wellbeing.Manage and lead HR casework, including investigations, grievances and disciplinaries.Support workforce planning, restructures, redundancies and TUPE processes.Oversee recruitment and selection, ensuring compliance and a positive candidate experience.Manage pre-employment checks and maintain the databaseMentor and support the HR Assistant with HR administration and processes.Contribute to the development and review of HR policies and procedures.Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.Support HR training and coaching for leaders and department teams.Provide HR data, KPIs and management information for reporting.Ensure HR processes align with employment legislation and sector requirements.Promote staff wellbeing and act as a Mental Health First Aider.
