Are you a high-energy, results-driven Sales individual with a background in hotel or conference event sales£ Passionate about delivering exceptional, high-end events£ This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading venue and play a key role in driving revenue and client experience.
The Role
Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead B2B sales activity across a busy conference venue, managing the full sales lifecycle from initial enquiry through to event delivery. Youandrsquo;ll combine strategic sales, pricing insight, and seamless coordination to maximise occupancy, revenue, and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth through proactive account management and new business conversion
- Manage inbound enquiries, produce compelling proposals, and deliver professional site tours
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline with timely follow-ups and CRM management
- Coordinate event details with clients to ensure smooth delivery
- Optimise venue occupancy and yield performance
- Produce regular sales reports and support financial processes
What Weandrsquo;re Looking For
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and high conversion rates
- Experience within conference, events, or hospitality sales
- Strong CRM/system skills (Kinetics or similar desirable)
- Confident communicator with excellent client relationship skills
- Commercially astute with strong organisational ability
