An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance and HR Systems Administrator to join a leading higher education institution on an interim basis. This role will be responsible for the administration, maintenance and continuous improvement of the organisation''s Finance and People and Culture systems, ensuring systems are secure, efficient and aligned with business needs. The successful candidate will act as the key liaison between users, suppliers and stakeholders, providing expert systems support, managing upgrades and enhancements, and driving improvements across core business systems. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary administrator for Unit4 ERPx and People First systems Manage user accounts, permissions and security access across Finance and People and Culture systems Provide first-line and second-line application support to system users Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner Coordinate system upgrades, patches and enhancements with external suppliers Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support system implementation projects Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides and process maps Deliver training and support to users across the organisation Gather and assess business requirements and recommend system improvements Work closely with stakeholders to optimise system functionality and processes Produce system reports and support data analysis requirements Maintain system integrity, data quality and compliance with ..... full job details .....
