You will work closely with customers, overseas agents, shipping lines, and internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient movement of cargo.You will play a key role in delivering a high level of service while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and strong communication throughout the shipment lifecycle. Key ResponsibilitiesManaging end-to-end ocean export shipmentsBooking cargo with shipping lines and negotiating rates where requiredPreparing and processing export documentationLiaising with overseas agents to ensure smooth shipment executionProviding proactive updates to customers throughout the shipment processHandling customer queries and resolving operational issues efficientlyEnsuring compliance with customs and export regulationsWorking closely with internal teams including customs, sales, and financeRequirementsPrevious experience in ocean export operations within freig
