We have an opportunity for an experienced and qualified accountant to join us at Outward Housing. Outward works in partnership with Newlon and is a forward-thinking and inclusive charity, working across eight London boroughs to support people with learning disabilities, people on the autism spectrum, older people and young people at risk, to live with dignity and purpose. You will have a full range of accounting duties, including preparing monthly management accounts, leading in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, statutory accounts and supporting schedules, and will be responsible for preparing all financial performance indicators. You will also provide financial support and advice as and when needed. With a CCAB accounting qualification, or finalist with substantial experience, you will have proven experience of producing and developing periodic management accounts and budget setting, forecasting and interpretation of financial performance. Excellent IT skills, with the ability to use accounting packages, is essential, along with an organised and methodical approach and an understanding of the importance of diversity in the workplace. In
