What will be expected from you?

Undertake research, analysing case laws, and preparing arguments to support clients casesStrong advocacy and negotiation skillsTo provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients at every stage of the criminal justice processRepresenting clients in Magistrates’ Court proceedingsEffectively prepare and present cases in court to secure the best possible outcomes for clients.Facilitate effective communication and collaboration by liaising with clients, barristers, and other professionals involved in cases.Maintain accurate and updated case records and documentation
